Counselors Toolbox is a valuable resource for any guidance office. It would be especially useful for the new counselor or anyone who looking for the convenience of having necessary forms at their fingertips. The PowerPoint presentations are terrific and has helped me in various parent night events from general college admissions information to financial aid night. Everything I needed for an informative presentation is there. It was obviously developed by someone who knew the daily in's and out's of a counseling office. I highly recommend it.

PowerPoint Presentations

That will help to keep you on track

If you are anything like me, when speaking to a group of students, parents or peers, my presentations may get sideswiped by a sudden question or an off-topic anecdote. Having your presentation on PowerPoint is an effective way to ensure that all the material planned for dissemination gets to the audience that needs it! Lively graphics and animations will keep your audience focused and help to ensure that they see your school as providing "state of the art" resources.

Print-outs can be mailed home to those unable to attend, ensuring that no one misses the "big picture", and can be a touchstone for future discussions.

Slides can be converted to transparencies and be used with an overhead projector.

Save to your own computer and customize for your own guidance program.
